Day 1
DAY 1- KUALA LUMPUR: Upon arrival at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), meet and greet our driver and transfer to the hotel (transfer with driver only). Overnight.
Day 2
DAY 2- KUALA LUMPUR (B): At 02.00pm, depart for Kuala Lumpur half day city tour. Drive through the Perdana Botanical Garden, formerly known Lake Gardens and stop at the Masjid Negara (National Mosque). After a short visit, continue to Dataran Merdeka (Independence Square), situated in front of the Sultan Abdul Samad Building. On the way, drive by the Kuala Lumpur railway station, built in 1910. Upon arrival at Independence Square, visit of the heritage site. Continue on foot to Pasar Seni (Central Market), passing by Masjid Jamek, one of the first buildings of Kuala Lumpur, raised on the convergence of the Gombak and Klang rivers. After a quick stop at Pasar Seni, walk towards Chinatown and visit of the street markets. Afterwards, proceed to Kampung Baru, a typical neighbourhood where most houses are built in traditional Malay architecture. The journey ends at KLCC (Kuala Lumpur City Centre) for a great photo shoot of Petronas Twin Towers, the world’s tallest twin towers (access to Petronas Twin Towers Observation Deck and Sky Bridge not included). At the end of the tour, return transfer to the hotel by 06.00pm. Rest of the evening at free and leisure. Overnight.
Day 3
DAY 3- KUALA LUMPUR / MALACCA / KUALA LUMPUR (B/L): At 08.30am, depart for Malacca, about 145 km south of Kuala Lumpur (2.5 hours by vehicle). We will visit the ancient monuments and colonial sites of the historic city, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Upon arrival at Malacca, start the walking tour of the heritage district strongly influenced by the Portuguese, Dutch and British colonial years. Visit the ruins of A Famosa fortress, built in 1511. From here, we will arrive at the Ruins of the Church of St. Paul where St. Francis Xavier was buried. Continue to Dutch Square which features what is believed to be the oldest surviving Dutch building in the east, the Stadthuys, Christ Church and the Clock Tower where the Queen Victoria Fountain is located. Proceed for a cruise along Malacca River and observe buildings with Dutch and British architectural influence. After the cruise, visit the Baba & Nyonya House Museum. Lunch will be served in a local restaurant. After lunch, visit of Cheng Hoon Teng, the oldest Chinese temple in Malaysia that was founded in 1645, and Kampung Kling Mosque, the oldest mosque in Malacca. Before heading back to Kuala Lumpur, stop at Bukit China, the largest Chinese cemetery outside China. At the end of the tour, return transfer to the hotel by 06.00pm. Rest of the evening at free and leisure. Overnight.
Day 4
DAY 4- KUALA LUMPUR (B): Breakfast and check-out. Transfer to the airport 3 hours prior to scheduled flight departure (transfer with driver only).
