Day 1
DAY 1 – CHIANG RAI – Arrival, Golden Triangle, Opium Museum, Mekong Boat Ride, Choui Fong Tea Plantation (L)
Arrival at Chiang Rai Airport by 10:00 AM. Meet your local guide and begin exploring Thailand’s northernmost province.
The day starts with the legendary Golden Triangle, where the borders of Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos meet. This historically infamous region, once the global epicenter of opium trafficking, now offers breathtaking views and cultural insight.
Visit Wat Phra That Pu Khao, with its panoramic views of the Mekong River and forested mountains, guarded by two majestic multi-headed Naga serpents. Continue to the Opium Museum, which explains the production and history of opium and its impact on hill tribe communities.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic boat ride on the Mekong River from Sop Ruak, offering views of rural life and the meeting point of three nations.
End the day at the Choui Fong Tea Plantation, famous for its sustainable tea cultivation. Walk through the lush plantations, learn about harvesting methods, and enjoy a tea tasting with panoramic views.
Transfer to your hotel and check-in. Overnight in Chiang Rai.
Day 2
DAY 2 – CHIANG RAI – Doi Tung, Mae Fah Luang Garden, Mae Salong (B.L.)
Breakfast at the hotel.
Depart around 08:30 with your guide for another full day of discovery.
First visit the Mae Fah Luang Gardens at Doi Tung, home to colorful flowerbeds, fountains, wooden sculptures, and greenhouses for orchids, ferns, and cacti.
Then continue to Mae Salong, a village with deep roots in Chinese Yunnan culture. Settled in the 1960s by Kuomintang soldiers fleeing the Chinese Civil War, it retains strong Chinese heritage and unique charm.
Return to Chiang Rai around 17:00. Evening at leisure.
Day 3
DAY 3 – CHIANG RAI – CHIANG MAI – Blue Temple, White Temple, Wat Phra That Doi Suthep (B.L.)
Breakfast at the hotel.
At 07:00, meet your guide. Begin with the stunning Blue Temple (Wat Rong Suea Ten), known for its vibrant interior and white Buddha statue.
Continue to the spectacular White Temple (Wat Rong Khun), a gleaming all-white structure symbolizing the purity of the Buddha, adorned with mirrored glass and intricate carvings.
Lunch at a local restaurant en route.
Upon arrival in Chiang Mai, visit the iconic Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, located on a mountaintop overlooking the city. Its golden pagoda and seven-headed Naga stairway are hallmarks of Lanna architecture. Transfer to hotel and overnight in Chiang Mai.
Day 4
DAY 4 – CHIANG MAI – Elephant Sanctuary (Group Tour in English) (B.L.)
Breakfast at the hotel.
A half-day group excursion to an Elephant Sanctuary, offering a chance to interact with these gentle giants in their natural habitat.
Itinerary (approximate):

08:30 Arrival at the sanctuary. Change into Karen tribal clothing
09:00 Feed and bathe the elephants, learn their history and behavior
11:30 Lunch

DAY 5 – CHIANG MAI – Departure (B)
Breakfast at the hotel. Room available until 12:00. Two hours before your flight, meet your driver for transfer to Chiang Mai Airport.

Day 1- SOUTH OF BALI/LOVINA (L):
At 8:00am, depart for Lovina. On the way, we will stop at the temple of Tanah Lot. The journey will then proceed North, via Alas Keraton, to visit the monkey forest. The following stop will be Bedugul where we will visit the Pura Ulu Danu temple on Beratan lake. Ulun Danu Temple is located in the plateau area, at 1,200 meters above sea level. We will than experience the Gitgit Waterfall. The sound of its water can be heard from 200 meters away and, once closer, our sight will open to a beautiful massive amount of water falling from a height of 45 meters. Upon arrival in Lovina, check-in at the hotel. Overnight.
Day 2- LOVINA/CANDIDASA (B/L):
At 8.00am, depart for Candidasa with a short stop at the traditional market of Buleleng. Afterwards, we will visit the Pura Beji temple, dedicated to the Goddess Dewi Sri who protects the rice fields. We will continue towards the Kintamani village. From here, there is a magnificent view of the volcano Batur. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant with panoramic view. After lunch, we will visit Besakih, the most important and biggest temple of Bali. The temple was built in the 11th century at 1000m of altitude on the slopes of mount Agung, the sacred volcano of Bali. We'll then continue the journey to Candidasa and we will check-in at the hotel. Overnight.
Day 3- CANDIDASA/UBUD (B/L):
At 8.00am, depart for Goa Lawah, a temple in a cave which is inhabited by hordes of bats. We will then move to Sidemen, that offers a magnificent landscape of terraced hills. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant with panoramic view of the valley. The journey will continue to Klung Kung to visit the Kertagosa Palace, a beautiful heritage of traditional Balinese architecture, formerly used as the Court of Justice. The last destination of the day will be Gunung Kawi, an 11th century temple and funerary complex. We will arrive at Ubud in the late afternoon. Check-in at the hotel and overnight.
Day 4- UBUD (B):
Morning free to explore the town. Departure transfer to Ngurah Rai International Airport will be provided according to the flight details.
