Remark :
1. Child Rate mean child who have age on travel date as 3 - 9 years
2.Child 0-2.99 years (Infant) mean child who have age on travel date not over than 3 years and share seat with parents.
3. Check in procedure
3.1 Please check-in voucher before  45 Mins of departure time (local time)  and check in close 15 mins of departure time.
3.2 Please check-in at check in counter with original voucher  and Passport of traveller  45 mins  before departure time.

4. Traveling by speed boat,the company relies on safety as important .The Company can not be held responsible for travel detays or travel cancellations.
5. Bag policy
5,1 Each Passenger can loading 1 luggage per person on board weighing not over that 30 kg and carry on 1 bag per person not over that 10 kg.
5.2 In case of damage luggage or bag , the company can compensate for damages not exceeding 1,000 THB per luggage or bag.
5.3 In case of loss of luggage or bag , the company can compensate for lost not exceeding 2,500 THB per luggage or bag.
5.4 The company recomment passenger keep high value or passport with passenger  all the time and the company is not responsible for high value item.
6. Amendment/Cancellation/No show
6.1 For Early bird booking or Promotion booking , the booking can not cancel and refund , but can amend booking
      and amendment before departure date booking 24 hours and amend fee 300 THB per Booking
6.2 For normal booking , Cancellation before 24 hours of departure date is no cancellation charge but will refund after travel date of booking.
6.3 Passengers who fail to check-in for the collection of boarding pass before 45 minutes of departures time will be classified as "No Show".
6.4 No show the booking are full charge 100%.
7. The company does not allow pets to travel.
8. The company does not recommend that passengers who pragnant and have medical confitions travel by speedboat.
